February 13, 2025My Driver license will expire on 15 Feb 2025. I can't create My portal to renew by online due to reside at APO AP Address. According to FLHSMV message shows as below. "The Department is unable to authenticate your identity online and as a result, cannot establish an online account for you at this time." Is there any other way to renew online or via postal service form? I was able to renew 2017 via postal service with form and check. Your help will be greatly appreciated it. Thank you!

March 04, 2025David what happened to online registration? I renewed my drivers in 2017 license online and now it will expire in Oct 2025 after the deadline. I read you could register to get the new ID but to renew online or even get online states I am not in the system???? I guess it want us to come in and stand in the long lines which I went to stand in and then they stopped taking walk ins this is one big headache.
