Appointments are required for driving skills tests and hazardous materials tests and are exclusively available for Lake County residents.
Written tests (Class E & CDL) are available by walk-in and provided exclusively for Lake County residents.
Walk-in services, such as driver license, tag, title, and CWP are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Driving tests for non-U.S. citizens can be scheduled in a service center after the successful completion of the written test.
